Booking Policy

1. General Policy We strive to provide exceptional consulting services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please review our rescheduling policy below to understand your options.

​2. ​Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:

    • Cancellations by the client are not allowed. Clients may only reschedule their appointments.

  • Cancellation by Consultant:

    • In the unlikely event that a consultant needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Clients will be given the option to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling by Client:

    • Clients may reschedule their appointment without any penalty. But we request to inform well in advance. 

  • Rescheduling by Consultant:

    • If a consultant needs to reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a fair resolution.
