Cancellations by the client are not allowed. Clients may only reschedule their appointments.

In the unlikely event that a consultant needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, the client will be notified as soon as possible. Clients will be given the option to reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

Rescheduling by Client:

Clients may reschedule their appointment without any penalty. But we request to inform well in advance.

If a consultant needs to reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.
